Symptoms

When trying to install Workflow Client 2.6.3.5 from patch # 4096620 the following error occurs :

Note : For Workflow Builder used with Oracle E-Business Suite, please follow Note 277535.1 for Workflow Builder Client 2.6.3 (Patch 6970344) which is certified for Oracle E-Business Suite 11i, 12.1 and 12.2 on the following Windows desktop operating systems:

            Windows 10 (32-bit and 64-bit)
            Windows 8 (32-bit & 64-bit)
            Windows 7 (32-bit & 64-bit)
            Windows Vista
