Customer_id Field Not populated after Delivery is created (Doc ID 388213.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10 in Test :
Find the field customer_id in not populated in wsh_new_deliveries

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to have the customer_id in wsh_new_deliveries

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.With Shipping Responsibility
NAV/ Shipping / Shipping Transactions
2. Query by order number.
3. On the detail window, select lines of the order
4. Perform Auto Create Delivery.

Delivery header (wsh_new_deliveries) and the associated detail records are
generated but the wsh_new_deliveries.customer_id field is null.

 
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have the customer information in reports.
