Symptoms

When running depreciation for MRC books, the following error occurs:

ERROR
APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option PRINT_DEBUG in routine &ROUTINE.
FND_CONCURRENT_GET_REQUEST_STATUS
Error: function faxcms returned failure (called from faxcps)
Error: function faxcps returned failure (called from faxcbs)
Error: function faxcbs returned failure (called from FADEPR)

Changes

The database was shut down and/or restarted, the communication between the servers was interrupted, or another action occurred that interrupted the depreciation run request while its status was S.
