On 11.5.10 attempting to access Dun and Bradstreet link and receive the following error
The following error occurred while trying to access the D&B database : "D&B
database could not be accessed. Your company may not have a contract with Dun
and Bradstreet or your user settings may not be set correctly to access the D&B
database. Please confirm that your company has a valid contract with Dun and
Bradstreet. If a contract with Dun and Bradstreet exists, contact your Oracle
Applications System Administrator to confirm your user settings are correct. "
Please resubmit your request or try again later. If the problem persists, then
please contact your Oracle Applications System Administrator
