Goal

How does one default the prices for the included items in a PTO kit?
Included Items in the KIT are defaulting to Price Value of ZERO though the items are defined with
value in the Price List.

Steps taken:
1. Using Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Enter and book an order containing the kit
4.. Go to Tools> Show Line Details>
             Check the price of the line 1.1.1, 1.1.2 , etc
5. Value shows ZERO for the included items
