11i INVISMMX Min-Max Report Does Not Correctly Report An Item Is Out Of Stock (Doc ID 388578.1)

Symptoms

Within Oracle Applications 11.5.10.2, users run the MIN MAX report to determine what items need to be ordered. One item is not correctly reported as out of stock.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Run Min-MAX report with following parameters:

Planning Level: Organization
Item Selection: Items under minimum quantity
Sort by: Inventory Item
Demand Cutoff Date: 13-Aug-2006
Demand Cutoff Date Offset: 0

EXAMPLE
Material Workbench reports there are zero quantity on hand (this was verified by the warehouse people; we have zero).

Upon rurning the min-max report for ALL PLANNED, the system displays an available quantity of 12 (the minimum for this item is 8) so this is why the min-max report is not showing it as an item to be reordered.

Yet material workbench reports it correctly as zero.
