Symptoms
When attempting to add a responsibility for a user with a person record, the following error occurs.
- Note: The person record is dated in the future.
Oracle error -20002: ORA-20002: [WF_NO_USER] NAME=<User_name> ORIG_SYSTEM=NULL
ORIG_SYSTEM_ID=NULL has been detected in
FND_USER_RESP_GROUPS_API.INSERT_ASSIGNMENT.
ORIG_SYSTEM_ID=NULL has been detected in
FND_USER_RESP_GROUPS_API.INSERT_ASSIGNMENT.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. System Administrator Responsibility
2. Security>User>Define
3. Enter user name, person record and responsibility>Save
