2.6.x: Access the Builder errors with 1300, 1114, 1101, 333, 332, 306 & 203: Value contains leading or trailing spaces (Doc ID 389432.1)

Symptoms

1. Bring up the Workflow Builder
2. Click on DataBase
3. Enter User (APPS); Password (<>); Connect ()
4. Without doing anything else, click OK
5. Get the following errors:

1300: Could not load.
1114: Could not load from database.
1101: Could not load item types from database. FILTER=%
333: Could not set item type properties for 'GMDQSTSM'.
332: 'SET' validation failed for item type 'GMDQSTSM'.
306: Invalid display name 'OPM - Teste do Estudo de Estabilidade da Qualidade'
203: Value contains leading or trailing spaces.
