Why does the INCIDENT ADDRESS region not display in the 'Create Service Request' page while using Customer Support Specialist responsibility?

Region: /oracle/apps/cs/csz/address/webui/IncidentAddressRN.AddressContainerRN
Document Name : /oracle/apps/cs/csz/address/webui/IncidentAddressRN

Responsibility: Customer Support Specialist

Navigation: Customer Support Specialist(R) -> Agent Dashboard


1. Navigate to Personalize Table Layout:(IssueIncidentShippingAddressContractRN) to customize
2. Default Single Column: Incident Address. In the 'Shown' column, it is displayed as 'Yes'
