If you are trying to put Oracle Transportation Management (formerly GLOG GC3) on HTTPS by implementing the following steps:

1. Purchase a digital certificate after generating and submitting the CSR (Certificate SigningRequest ) to the CA (Certification Authority).

2. Copy the Certificate file and server.key file to GC3 folders gc3\apache\conf\ssl.crt and gc3\apache\conf\ssl.key.

3. Change the values in gc3\apache\conf\httpd.conf: SSLCertificateFile conf\ssl.crt\[CertName].cert and SSLCertificateKeyFile conf\ssl.key\[ServerKeyFile].key.

4. Restart apache.

Apache will not start and will give the following error : "[error] Init: SSLPassPhraseDialog builtin is not supported on Win32 (key file C:/gc3/apache/conf/ssl.key/server.key)".
