Contract Numbers Cannot Be Entered Manually in the Service Contract Authoring Form (Doc ID 389594.1)

Contract numbers cannot be assigned manually using the Service Contracts Authoring form.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Launch Contracts using the Service Contracts Manager responsibility.
2. Select Tools from the toolbar; select New.
3. Select Category = Service Agreement.
4. Press the Create button.
The contract authoring form opens, but the contract number is protected against update.
