Symptoms
When Pick Releasing order lines, all Items are backordered, even though sufficient on-hand (transactable) inventory exists. Reservations are not allowed in this instance.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
It is expected that if on-hand inventory exists, these order lines should be 'Pick Released'
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Sales Order for items
2. Verify items has quantity on-hand & available to transact
3. Pick Release
4. Delivery lines are 'Backordered'
