Symptoms

Unable to view concurrent request output or log files while using Active Passive Cluster configuration for Apps tier. The following error is shown when selecting output or log file to view:

An error occurred while attempting to establish an application file server connection with the node_name. There may be a network configuration problem, or the TNS listener on node NODE_NAME may not be running. Please contact your system administrator.
