Contact Center Service Request Creation Gives 'The given Service Request type has no business process attached to it' Error (Doc ID 390428.1)

Symptoms

In the Contact Center Service Request tab, when attempting to log a service request, after filling in the required details and selecting the SR type, when tabbing out of the Severity field or the Problem field the error below is displayed.

'The given Service Request type has no business process attached to it'

After clearing the error, the user can continue and can successfully create the service request.
