Symptoms

"Refresh Employee Directory" fails with

 

ORA-29874: warning in the execution of ODCIINDEXALTER routine
ORA-29960: line 1,
DRG-10595: ALTER INDEX PER_EMPDIR_PEOPLE_N1
DRG-10561: index PER_EMPDIR_PEOPLE_N1 is not valid for requested operation

 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Global HRMS Manager/Processes and Reports/Submit Process and Report
2. Run "Refresh Employee Directory" with following parameters:

  - Refresh Mode = COMPLETE
  - Refresh Date = today's date
  - Source System = PER
  - Process Multi Assignments = N
  - Refresh Images  = N
