Symptoms
Used the message window to define new message. After running the Generate Messages concurrent program, the problem was that the new message not added in the message file. Upon review the log file, found error:
Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1. Define new message in message window.
2. Run the Generate Messages concurrent program.
