Symptoms

In 11.5.10 - Duplicate Prevention is enabled
When searching for a customer in the Create Relationship (ImcAddOrgRelationship) search screen, the search is not pulling up customer The following error is received:

The criteria you entered provide too many matching results. Enter additional criteria or modify the match rule to get fewer, appropriate results

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log on to Oracle Customers Online Superuser (OCO)
2. Select Customers tab and query for an existing customer
3. Select Relationships > Others on the left
4. Click the dropdown next to Create and choose relationship role
5. In the Create Relationship screen, create screen comes up -> enter the partial name example TestOrg Organization Name and then click Apply.

error is encountered.

If you searched from the home page search bin for TestOrg - You do not get error. (DQM is not enabled here) - If you don't see the % match result in the customer search or advanced search - then DQM is disabled.
This is why the error was not encountered from the Search bin in the home page.
