'Cannot Display Page' Error when Submitting and Canceling a New Vacancy (Doc ID 391941.1)

The following error occurs when submitting and then canceling a vacancy.

Error: Cannot Display page.
You cannot complete this task because you accessed this page using the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example).  To proceed, please select the Home link at the top of the application page to return to the main menu. Then, access theis page again using the application's navigation controls (menu, links, and so on) instead of using the browser's navigation controls like Back and Forward.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Log into iRecruitment Manager.
2) Create vacancy.
3) Proceed with steps until review.
4) Submit.
5) Cancel.
6) Error appears.
