Unable To Convert Freight Costs To Charge Due To Frozen Prices From The Order From iStore (Doc ID 392360.1)

On in Production:
Find that the Calculate Price flag of a line on an order created from a Quote is always set to "Freeze"

This prevents the ability to add a Freight Charge at the time of Shipping of the order unless manually modified the Calculate Price Flag on the sales order line.

Expect that there should be a setting to have the calculate price flag to be made to Calculate or Freeze so that the orders created from the Quote will have a flag value as desired.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Quote
2. Then import this Quote Order management to create Sales Order.
3. The Calculate Price Flag will show as Freeze.
