Symptoms
When attempting to view receipts from Purchasing Summary form using some responsibilities, the following error occurs.
ERROR
"No organizations are currently defined"
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Purchasing Buyer responsibility.
2. Purchase Orders/Purchase Order Summary
3. Query PO.
4. Inquire/View Receipts
