Unable to see the acceptance data for PO's created by terminated employee.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PO and enter acceptances.
2. Terminate the employee created the PO.
3. Query for acceptances in PO summary form.
Acceptances will not be shown.
