Symptoms
Running the 850 Purchase Order Outbound (ECEPOO) or 860 Purchase Order Changes Outbound (ECEPOCO) transaction in e-Commerce Gateway produces errors. Here are the errors reported for the 850 Outbound transaction in Release 11.5.10:
Program Error: PL/SQL position not found for cIn_string.
Program level POOB-TZ-1001: Please check the log file, correct the problem, and
try again.
SQL error message ORA-20001: .
Program level POO-10-1040: Please check the log file, correct the problem, and
try again.
SQL error message ORA-20001: .
Here are similar errors reported for the 850 Outbound transaction in Release 12.1:
