Symptoms

While importing transactions through Uncosted Labor Transactions spreadsheet (using WebADI functionality for Projects) and selecting ORACLE TIME AND LABOR as transaction source, expenditures were failing with NO ASSIGNMENT rejection reason during PRC: Transaction Interface run despite having correct assignment for an employee.
