Goal

When trying to do Split transaction through open interface. The user populates information into "WSM_SPLIT_MERGE_TXN_INTERFACE", "WSM_STARTING_JOBS_INTERFACE", and "WSM_RESULTING_JOBS_INTERFACE"
tables with the necessary information, and it errors out. How does one resubmit the transaction after correcting the populated information?
