Symptoms

On 11.5.10 find that the Debrief Status List of Values (LOV) does not contain any other value other than current status value.

It is expected to be able to see other statuses like 'Completed' in the status LOV.


STEPS
Responsibility: Field Service Dispatcher/Customer Support
Navigation: Create Service Request
1. Create or query a Service Request, and associated Task.
2. Click 'Debrief' on a Task and open up the Debrief form.
3. Enter the Debrief information and 'Save'.
4. Now attempt to change the Assignment Status, noting that 'Completed' is not in the LOV.
