Symptoms

Trying to submit charges from a service request to create a booked order errors with:


"Messages from Order Management:"

"Order-level sales credit total () must equal 100%"

Salesperson is required on Booked Order

 

STEPS

==========

(R) Customer Support -> Service Request -> Create Service Request

1.  Fill out Mandatory Service Request fields

2.  Save

3.  Click Charge Tab and fill out mandatory field data for single charge line

4.  Submit

5.  Error occurs
