WebADI Create Document Is showing Two Workbooks In Excel

Information in this document applies to any platform.
WebADI create document is showing two (2) workbooks in Excel
Upload / Download operations are creating two excel files / worksheets (WebADI.xls and Book1.xls).
Book1.xls has the relevant layout and the data (in case of a download).
However the WebADI.xls has no data, it is empty.
