Goal
Is SSL required for Inbound Invoices on Oracle Business Network (OBN)?
Currently when testing INBOUND INVOICES from OBN users get the following error:
OXTA-4301 OXTA SSL Handshake Error
Receiver's server was unable to perform SSL handshake with Oracle Supplier Network when attempting
to receive message.
Receiver needs to check that SSL is properly configured. Receiver may be using a Certificate
Authority not supported by the Oracle Supplier Network.
Failed to perform handshake when getting SSL connection.
