Correspondence emails are generated from Advanced Collections and have a subject of - 'Message from Collections Department' and no text body in the e-mail. The e-mail contains only a PDF attachment called collections.pdf. Is there a way to update the Subject and the body of the email? Is there a way to make the Customer Name/Number list in the subject line?
