This problem can occur on any platform.
Assume there are two order releases, for example RELEASE_A and RELEASE_B.
RELEASE_A has a weight of 100kg resulting from 10 ship units with 10kg each.
RELEASE_B has a weight of 200kg resulting from 20 ship units with 10kg each.
The rate is set up to be 1 EUR per 1kg.
Each order release is planned onto a separate shipment, the result is two shipments, one with a cost of 100 EUR and one
with a cost of 200 EUR respectively.
The first shipment is selected and by performing the action change shipment route > split shipment > split shipment by ship unit split to parallel shipment, one ship unit is split onto the second shipment.
The result is that the cost of the first shipment remains at 100 EUR, whereas the cost of the second shipment is increased from 200 EUR to 300 EUR, despite only one of the 10 ship units was transferred.
The weight however is calculated correctly, the first shipment has now 90 kg weight, whereas the second shipment has 210 kg
