Unable To View History Of Credit Memo Requests From Lease Center

When attempting users are unable to view the Credit Memo history for an Invoice in the Lease Center when the Invoice balance is zero.
When the Credit Memo button is selected the following message is provided:
APP-OKL-295685: Credit memos cannot be issued against invoices that have been paid in full. Please deselect all such invoices.
User is unable to view any Credit Memo history.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Find a Contract that has Invoices with balances.
2. Request a credit memo for the full invoice.
3. Approve the credit memo request and run billing on the contract.
4. Return to this Invoice in the lease center and select the Credit Memo button to view the Credit Memo history.
