Symptoms

Attempting to enter the Promise date in the Transaction Details screen and the Promise Date is greyed out and the following error is displayed when trying to update it:

APP-IEX-240336: You cannot make promises for current installment any more. Date range for making promises has expired.

Responsibility:  Advanced Collections:
Navigation: Collections > Transaction tab
Select an invoice
Select the Payment Processing button
Select Mass Promise tab
Click on Pay in Full and enter the date for the Promise

The date field is greyed out and it is not allowing to enter the date for the promise.
