Goal
Purchase Requisition is approved and the FYI notification goes to the Preparer submitter. How can the FYI notification be passed to the buyer ?
BUSINESS NEED
In the scenario where the volume of purchases are less and not very frequent, the buyer would be involved with other jobs. In that case he/she cannot monitor the number of released Requisitions at the cost of other pending jobs. A notification that a PR is released would help him/her concentrate on other jobs until he gets that and not waste his time frequently looking for the approved Purchase Requisitions.
