Asset Additions Report Hangs With ORA-01000 (Doc ID 395904.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Asset Additions Report,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1000 in close_server_files

Cause: close_server_files failed due to ORA-01000: maximum open cursors
exceeded.

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: &SQLSTMT and
was executed from the file &ERRFILE.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. View > Requests.
2. Run Asset Additions Report. It will hang and in the log file the error message is shown.
