11i Task Assignment Process Inserts Task Owner Records Into Jtf_task_assignments

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After the field service task assignment process, two records get created in the JTF_TASK_ASSIGNMENTS table. One for Task Assignee and the other one for Task Owner.
It is expected that only one record should be created in the JTF_TASK_ASSIGMENTS table.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Field Service Manager
Field Service Dispatcher > Service Requests > Create Service Requests
- Assign Task Owner and Assignee
- Query the task in the jtf_task_assignments table via SQL.
