Symptoms

The TCA API HZ_CUSTOMER_PROFILE_V2PUB.update_customer_profile releases the Holds on oe_hold_sources_all if the ORG context is set prior to calling the API.

Steps (sample code) to reproducte the issue on 11.5.10 Fin FP G:
