Goal

Unable to change PO Charge Account for an Autocreated PO

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Requistions of 'Expense Type' are created and approved.
2. Create PO using AutoCreate form.
3. Before submitting for approval; unable to modify the Charge Account from the distributions TAB of the PO.
