Unable to change  PO Charge  Account  For an Autocreated PO

Steps to reproduce issue::

1. Requistions of 'Expense Type' are created and approved.
2. Create PO using AutoCreate workbench.
3. Before submitting for approval; unable to modify the Charge Account from
the distributions TAB of the PO.
