Symptoms
When attempting to perform backdated retirement, the following error occurs.

Error: function fa_gainloss_ret_pkg.fagret returned failure
FAGRET: Fail to retire asset XXXXXXX
Cause: You have a database problem.
Action: Contact your system administrator.
Error: function fa_gainloss_pro_pkg.fagpsa returned failure
Error: function FA_GAINLOSS_PKG.do_calc_gainloss_asset returned failure
Retirement ID: XXXXX Asset Number: XXXXXXX --> ** FAILED **
The Asset Id is XXXXXXX
