HXC Timestore Deposit API ORA-20001: HXC_NO_BLD_BLK_INFO_TYPE (Doc ID 396700.1)

Symptoms

You are able to enter OTL Self Service Timecards,
but when trying to create Timecards using the HXC Timestore Deposit API
it errors :

ORA-20001: HXC_NO_BLD_BLK_INFO_TYPE: N, TYPE
