Invalid Email Address Error In Email Center Email Addresses (Doc ID 396828.1)

Some email address cannot be replied to. When an email is received and a response is attempted the agent sees the error within Microsoft Internet Explorer

"Invalid email address, please try again"

This results in loss of functionality in terms of the ability to respond to some email addresses.
This effects more than one address. The example provided is "". Its important to the customers business that they can reply to all of the email addresses <usually authors corresponding with the business>. If a mail address is faulty then the failure is expected to come from the SMTP Server and not the email center software. This effects only the occasional respondant email address but the majority are working as expected. All must work as expected.
