When Split Shipment By Ship Unit The Packaged Item Count Is Not Adjusted

-- Problem Statement:
When a shipment is split by ship unit, the packaged item count on the split shipments are staying
the same

Expect that the packaged item count is also split accroding to the Ship units that are split

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Order release with 'x' number of ship units
2. Build into a shipment - and note the ship unit count & Packaged item count
3. Then choose the shipment, and select the action, Change Shipment Route - Split Shipment - By
Ship Unit - Split to Direct Shipment and provide the Split off Amount as 'x-y' where 'y' can be
any number that is at least 2 less than 'x'
4. Check the resulting shipments especially the Ship Units and Packaged Item counts. The ship
units show that they are as how they were split but the packaged item count remains the same

Due to this issue, reporting and allocation functionalities are getting affected
