Symptoms
Actual Behavior
Sales Order Headers are stuck in an OPEN status where there exists no associated open order lines, order header or line workflows.
Expected Behavior
Sales order should close once all the lines are closed and line and header workflow is purged.
Steps
Data corruption, issue cannot be reproduced at will
