In 11.5.10, during debrief, on trying to set value for profile option 'CSF: Default Debrief Service activity code' how does one resolve the following error message?
Profile couldn't determine the valid values for profile CSF: DEFAULT DEBRIEF TRANSACTION TYPE
1. Create service request- field service type 2. Create task and assign to a field technician 3. Click on debrief button and go to the debrief form 4. Click on materials tab- ERROR: IVS CN is defaulted there On trying to set system profile: 5. Search for the profile option at site and responsibility level 6. Error occurs
