Symptoms
When attempting to run the What-If Depreciation Analysis (RXFAWD), Capitalize CIP Assets, or Post Mass Additions (FAMPT), the following error occurs in the logfile or screenshot:-

Cache: Error retrieving fraction of calendar year for:
Calendar Type: <CALENDAR NAME>
Book: <ASSET BOOK>
Fiscal Year: <Fiscal Year>
Cause: You have a database problem.
Action: Contact your system administrator.
ORA-01403: no data found
