Running Business Monitor Blocks Loading of Finder Screens

This problem can occur on any platform.
When a Business Monitor is run by you, finder screens are blocked from loading for all other users of the system - these means it can take 2-3 minutes to load a finder screen (normally < 5secs).
1) Only the finder sets for the same query type as the BM query being run are affected (ie. If you have a BM query for an object type of ORDER BASE only the order base finder is affected, similarly only the order release finder is affected by a BM query object type of ORDER RELEASE ).
2) The Query ID and Screen Set ID of the BM have no influence on the type of screen blocked - it is only the object type of the query being run that determines which screen type is blocked.
Expect that the finder screens load normally with out any performance degradation.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1-Login into the application.
2-Run the business monitor.
3-Click on the BM icon in one browser,after a few seconds (to give queries time to start running), select a menu option in the other browser (for example "Order Release").
