OEXVWF: 'Validate OM Workflow' Gives Error/Warnings on Seeded Workflows (Doc ID 398550.1)

Symptoms

There are no problems with the workflow or the transaction types. However, when clicking on 'Validate Workflow' in OM Transaction type, the following error/warnings occur on seeded workflows:

ERROR
Please verify that the value for attribute WAIT_RELATIVE_TIME of activity WAIT in process R_STANDARD_HEADER ( Order Flow - Generic ) is greater than the average time it takes Workflow Background Process to complete.
Please verify that activity SHIP_LINE precedes FULFILL_LINE in process R_STANDARD_LINE ( Line Flow - Generic ).
Please verify that the value for attribute WAIT_RELATIVE_TIME of activity WAIT in process R_STANDARD_LINE ( Line Flow - Generic ) is greater than the average time it takes Workflow Background Process to complete.
Please verify that activity SHIP_LINE precedes INVOICE_INTERFACE in process R_STANDARD_LINE ( Line
Flow - Generic ).


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
OM > Setup > Transaction Types > Define. Query the transaction type. Click on Validate Workflow.
