Re-Login Loops Due To Low setting for ICX: Limit Time

This problem can occur on any platform.
While using Oracle Applications, users suddenly get the message: "Your logon session is no longer valid. Would you like to log back in so you can continue working?..." The user clicks Yes and gets the E-Business login page, and logs in again. Now the user gets this message: "Press OK when you have logged in using the other window". When the user clicks OK, the first message appears again. This continues on in an endless loop. This user is unable to log back in and the only option is to exit Oracle Applications completely and login again.
