'Password Case Option' Not Working With MWA

The patch however, allow users to login with case sensitive passwords with the SIGNON profile options set accordingly.
Checked for relevance on 12-OCT-2013
Having set Profile 'Password Case Option' or 'Signon Password Case' to 'Sensitive'
and receiving "invalid password" message with mixed case passwords while trying
to login to Mobile Apps, either through MWA GUI client or telnet.
