Find that form personalization has been done to not allow price lists and price list lines to be
created, however, after querying the price list, users are able to add price list lines

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Via NA Order Management Associate responsibility
2. Select View Price Lists
3. Query an existing price list and navigate to the price list lines and click on the plus sign,
    ability to add the price list line exists
