Status Of Signed Future Contracts Does Not Change After Termination (Doc ID 399593.1)

When terminating a Signed Service Contract using the "right click" menu and setting the termination date to the start date of the contract, the contract status remains SIGNED and shows in Installed Base as a signed contract.

Expect that contract status would change to Terminated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contract with start and end dates in the future.
2. Approve and Sign the contract. Contract is now in Signed status.
3. Terminate the contract with the contracts start date.
4. Contract status remains Signed (the lines also have status Signed).
